As a counsellor, I am not here to fix things for you, but I can help you see things from a different perspective: challenge the negative thoughts you’ve grown used to and give you tools to handle life’s ups and downs in a healthier way.
As well as major events in our lives, it also helps us with growth, self-awareness and understanding why we react in the way we do.
It can help to untangle old wounds, recognise patterns that no longer serve us and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
